Readings, emotional clearing, cord releases and energetic healings may be done through the phone. With readings, the only difference is you will have to record it yourself or take notes. Energetic healings we connect on the phone I will ask you to go into a meditation or even take a nap and I will phone you back when I have finished and we will discuss what I experienced and what I did during the healing.

I sit back and enter a light trance. I relate things about you and your upcoming experiences throughout the next year. There is often guidance on what might be a more helpful way of doing or thinking about things. I work with Spirit so they are guiding me into the various issues and subjects. I talk for the first 30-40 minutes and then I come back and see if you have questions or need clarification about anything. In a reading you can ask about deceased loved ones, spirit guides and angels, past lives etc. A brief message will be given.

You lay back on the massage table listening to soft ambient music while I place gemstones on and around your body. With sage, I cleanse the aura. With the drum, I open your energetic bodies. With small cymbals, I open your energetic centers. Then I place my hands slightly above various areas of your body and administer energy. I think of it as a massage for the soul. Most people describe feeling quieter or lighter after a session. Weekly sessions can aid in emotional clearing and quickening the spiritual growth process

I have always seen and known the spirit world. I have recieved my teaching and guidance directly from spirit. I can communicate with or check in on those who have died. If you need to understand what they are experiencing or where they go, I can provide some insight. Or maybe you would like to know your spirit guides or angels by name and characteristic. I can communicate with them and relate this information to you or I can share with you methods for you to achieve communication with them yourself. If you would like I can introduce you to your guide in a brief guided meditation as part of your session.

In a reading I channel a series of past lives. Observing the karmic connections of each and the connection to this life’s experiences and relationships. In a past life regression through guided meditation I guide you into the memory of a life you lived before. Usually we will observe one life from childhood through the death experience. At the last of the session you will be guided to the lessons learned and how this maybe effecting this life. You will also become aware of those in this life that may have been with you before. Often this will bring a sense of improved understanding of this life. Both reading and regression can be guided to a particular theme such as particular karmas of this life etc.

This session is most helpful for clearing out relationship aftermath such as a break-up, divorce or death. It can also be helpful in troubled relationships, as it will bring more clarity. Such as with family, neighbors or co-workers. Cord release is a helpful tool in breaking habits or addictions. Anything you are in need of releasing. Cord release will not change our true feelings such as love but it will allow a less emotional awareness providing clarity and greater understanding. Forgiveness comes easier.

Gatherings are groups of like-minded individuals that “gather” for a purpose. A Goddess Gathering would be a group of women centered on themes of the Goddess. There is opportunity for every woman to experience her own inner Goddess. There can be a number of different exercises and activities that can be shared. Things such as creating a mask, a shield or headdress of your Goddess or Higher Self expression. Drumming is popular, rituals and meditations are created to match the theme. Personalize other themes such as Full Moon or even birthday celebrations etc. can be all according to the interests of the group.
